We have been in the events industry for about 30 years. In that time NCS Events have supplied their crew to support some of the largest logistics companies in the UK & provide logistics and handling for the biggest events in the UK and Europe e.g..boat, car and arms shows and many well known trade and public shows such as ideal home exhibition, Olympia horse shows and many more.
NCS Events also support Event Organisers by providing a comprehensive logistics and handling service for Events up and down the UK and across Europe and we are often recommended by one of London's largest Exhibition Venues to clients that require a logistics provider for their Events.
We have a very experienced team that work at the shows with a good working knowledge of each venue and have a network of logistics companies in the UK and Europe that allow us to supply an excellent transport service for European clients wishing exhibit in the UK and for UK based companies sending material to overseas events.
Our Services
What we offer
Transport
We offer a dedicated collection & direct to delivery point service to anywhere in Europe. Vehicles are booked solely to one client or a groupage service. Collected items go to our warehouse & are shipped with other items from the same venue for efficient delivery.
On Site Handling
This service provides experienced exhibition labour at the venue to assist with unloading / reloading manually or with forklifts. On Site Handling is also to arrange storage or assistance with packing.
Hire Services
We can provide experienced crew / labour to assist organisers and contractor's with their events. All of our crew are certified and have knowledge of the venues. We also hire out equipment such as forklift trucks, pallet trucks & scissor lifts.
